Where do you ship to?

We ship to nearly every country in the world. We DO NOT ship to South Africa, China, Hong Kong, and United Arab Emirates at the moment due to shipping limitations.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on US domestic orders over $100. 
On all other orders, we offer flat rate shipping:

USA $5 flat rate (free shipping over $100)
Canada $20 flat rate
United Kingdom $25 flat rate
Australia $30 flat rate
International $25 - $30 flat rates (depending on location)

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow an additional 2-3 days beyond our typical 3-5 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. 

Domestic Shipping (within the USA)
1-3 weeks (after 3-5 business day processing time)

International Shipping (varies by country)
4-6 weeks (customs processing times vary)

Can I send prints in my order to 2 different addresses?

No, we can only send prints to one address. If you'd like to ship to 2 different addresses, you'll need to place 2 orders.

I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Most likely, but not always. Each country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We suggest checking out a Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when your package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow for 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the package leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

What if my order is damaged?

In the rare case that your product is damaged, we will ship you out a replacement at no additional cost. All you need to do is send us a photo of the damaged product.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

If your order gets lost in the mail, we will ship you out a replacement (or issue a refund) at no additional cost.

With the COVID-19 situation putting extra strain on mail carriers, it's possible your package may take longer to arrive or not update on tracking. We're seeing nearly all these packages arrive. We ask for your patience in these situations. We will send out a replacement once it's past our shipping timelines (see above)

Where are your products made?

We are committed to ensuring all our products produced ethically and with excellence. That's why all our products are printed and produced in the USA

What type of paper do you use?

We use high quality art paper for all our prints. It varies on the print, but they range from 60-90lbs weight (thickness), which gives them a substantial feel in your hand. Most of our prints are printed on bright white paper, with the exception of the 18x24 Screenprint, which is printed on warm white paper

What type of printing process do you use?

Most of our artworks are printed using the Giclée printing method. However, we also print special editions using the screenprinting or letterpress methods.

Do you offer framing options?

We offer hanging frames in 17" and 19". These frames fit all our 16" x 20" and 18" x 24" prints. We do not currently offer frames for any other sizes at the moment.

We also plan to offer full frame options in the future. If you'd like to be notified when it becomes available, please sign-up to our mailing list.

If you're looking for full frames for your prints, we recommend finding a professional frame shop for the best results. You can also find great options at Hobby Lobby, Michaels or Amazon.

I would like to see your products in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?

Not at the moment, but we are considering it for the future. If you'd like to be notified when that happens, you can sign up here to the waitlist.

How do I care for my canvas?

We recommend avoiding direct sunlight and moisture, and wiping your canvas with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning products, as these can damage the canvas.

Can you create custom artwork for me or my store?

We are truly honored you would ask. However, we are not taking any custom commissions at this time. It's something we may offer in the future. You can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram if you'd like to be the first to know.
